The factory environment is clean and tidy, making a fairly good first impression.
The résumé information I was asked to fill out felt almost like a background investigation, which made me feel somewhat disrespected. The people there were cold and distant. Maybe it was because we were meeting for the first time, but even though I was an applicant, when I took the initiative to say hello, they shouldn’t have walked past with their heads down or given me the strange look of “Are you being a little too enthusiastic?”...
The company felt rather lifeless internally, so in the end I decided not to pursue the opportunity.
