Pros
The salary is pretty good
Cons
The boss’s wife is very stingy. The job requires assignment to mainland China. The salary is acceptable, but the benefits are not.
You may feel that they went through hard times before, and now they want to make you suffer a little.
There isn’t much they can pass on to or teach new employees. Beginners should be careful when joining.
