1. Simple work
2. Suitable for students
3. Nice colleagues, but they are all around the age of mothers
4. Lots of food near the company
5. Regular working hours with no overtime
6. Can practice English correspondence
7. The only benefit is a birthday dinner (the food isn't particularly good either; it's a shared meal at a restaurant near the company)
8. If you want to enter a multinational corporation, you can come here to build up some experience, then apply to other multinational companies with better benefits
1. Poor company benefits; no bonuses or gifts for the three major holidays (the year-end party is held at another company's year-end party venue), and even after working for more than a year, you may not receive even half a month's salary as a year-end bonus
2. The work computer runs very slowly—even opening Excel can cause it to crash. Sometimes it takes 5–10 minutes to start successfully. When this was reported to the boss, it was ignored
3. The work is not challenging (when it's quiet, you can have nothing to do for an entire day)
4. Pretending to be a multinational corporation, but actually a Taiwanese company
5. The boss is stingy and foolish (when the air conditioner broke in summer, it took a week after requesting repairs. Every day, they bought large blocks of ice for us and told us to put them in the trash can and blow an electric fan over them because it would be cooler?) However, they later gave us NT$500 each for cooling drinks
6. Poor workplace atmosphere, with little interaction among colleagues (if you can accept working eight hours without saying more than two sentences to your colleagues, you can come work here)
7. Salary is around NT$28,000, with no promotion opportunities (the Taiwan office has only two salespeople, one engineer, and the boss, and almost all of them have more than ten years of seniority)
