On Sunday evening, they called and asked whether I was seriously considering a job at their company. After I said yes, they actually told me to add their company’s LINE account and call them through LINE, claiming that phone calls were too expensive. Then, on LINE, they asked a whole bunch of personal questions that had absolutely nothing to do with the job, making me feel very uncomfortable, as if they were conducting a background investigation. After asking all those questions, they said they would notify me if there was an interview. I have no idea why they called in the first place, and they asked so many questions even before arranging an interview.
