The only advantage is that, in the food and beverage industry, you can have two days off on weekends.
1. I interviewed for a full-time position, but on the day I started work in the middle of the month, I was only then informed that if you do not start on the first of the month, you are treated as a part-time worker.
2. As if being treated as a part-time worker weren’t enough, they will also make you take unpaid breaks of anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.
3. Full-time employees work 9 hours a day (excluding breaks), with 1–3 hours of downtime for breaks.
4. They will also ask you to sign an employee handbook that violates the Labor Standards Act.
5. Everything comes from the central kitchen, so you cannot learn any skills.
