The colleagues are pretty nice. There are bunnies wandering around the office.
Just like the reviews you can find online: if they treat part-time workers badly, how well will they treat employees? They will hire almost anyone who applies without being selective, because they want fresh liver! They often don't give you complete information before asking you to get quotes or carry out tasks. The supervisor always says that an activity is small and won't be a problem, regardless of whether the workload is manageable. They constantly propose new things and exploit employees; halfway through a project, you may be pulled onto another one. Of course, there is no overtime pay.
The supervisor really likes to waste time and never thinks it's their own problem. They like to delve into strange issues and are often unclear about the situation. The project supervisor is the boss's wife and is married to the general manager—be careful of her!! She is very scheming. I heard that someone had resigned through the normal procedure, but they actually tried to persuade that person to leave earlier. When the person said they wanted to leave on the date stated in the resignation, they agreed, but a few days later suddenly fired the person. It was extremely bizarre!
