The boss has extremely poor aesthetic judgment, thinks they are very good at drawing UI, and is an expert at UX. They often ask questions in a skeptical tone about matters that have no definitive answers. Despite having no formal design training, they use their own extensive experience to impose highly restrictive design constraints on newcomers to the design profession. I believe the boss is unprofessional. In addition, I think this company has been operating for a long time, yet still has very few employees because of the boss’s poor management and highly problematic way of treating employees. As a result, the company cannot grow, and no employees are willing to stay for long. I strongly advise designers considering working for this company to be extremely careful!
