Full of drawbacks

I interviewed last year. During the peak season, employees had to work overtime on Saturdays without overtime pay and could only receive compensatory leave. I don't know whether this has since changed. Also, as soon as they heard that my salary expectations were too high, they hurriedly tried to dismiss me and then ghosted me. It felt terrible.
