1. It’s best to spend your lunch break outside; if you stay in the store, you’ll be called to do tasks.
2. Labor and health insurance are basic entitlements, but here they’re treated as a favor.
3. There are no benefits at all, and people will make snide remarks if you leave work on time.
4. Management has poor emotional control and takes out their frustration on subordinates. Don’t make the boss unhappy.
