The colleagues are very nice.

The company violates labor laws, yet the boss still loudly insists that they have done nothing wrong. The attendance records are completely handwritten (making them highly susceptible to alteration), and the company requires all employees, regardless of how late they work overtime, to write 18:00 as their clock-out time. There is no overtime pay.

Full-time employees are required to stay and work overtime to ship packages. They are usually busy until after 8 p.m., and they are not paid overtime.

The boss loves making grand promises and often threatens employees. Meetings are always unfocused.

The boss believes one employee's snitching reports and then lays people off.

The turnover rate is extremely high. They are constantly hiring new people and then laying them off. Within one month, I had already seen five people get laid off.

I was originally hired for video editing, but after joining, I was told to do graphic design work. I was also assigned marketing tasks and had to help pack and ship orders. One person is expected to handle multiple roles.

The company does not have a break room and does not provide drinking water. The entire office environment is dirty and disorderly.
