but from a worker’s perspective,

the senior management is arrogant, thinks highly of itself, has extreme views, and is difficult to communicate with.

Before you make rude remarks or question others,

please first reflect on yourself and assess the process.

Do not adopt such a high-handed attitude, using past experiences that you consider impressive to try to intimidate and threaten others by leveraging your credentials.

All I can say is that behind the big clients you self-righteously serve, your mindset is no better than this.
