The relationships among colleagues are pretty good. There isn't much of a senior-employee-bullying-junior-employee problem, and the work atmosphere is harmonious.
The team leader has a problematic and overly selfish attitude. When their own subordinates can't handle the machines, they don't lend a hand, resulting in insufficient production capacity and excessively poor yields. Even when they clearly knew about the situation long ago, they would only stand by like a model, without offering help or showing any concern. They always wait for people to come beg the team leader for assistance. Afterwards, they often resort to verbal abuse. It is common to see full-time employees arguing with the team leader or crying after being berated. This is a company with an extremely high turnover rate.
