The company’s hierarchy is extremely rigid, even though it is a small company with fewer than 10 employees.

Yet it has several layers of management, and ordinary employees cannot speak directly with the boss.

Conversely, the boss has absolutely no idea what you are working on and has to go through your supervisor to find out what you are really doing~

This leads to another major problem: according to what senior employees have said, the supervisors at this company became supervisors simply because they had enough seniority.

But they are complete incompetents (◣_◢), spending all day fighting within the department instead of actually handling company affairs.

They take credit for achievements and shift blame for mistakes, like the eunuchs of a fallen dynasty who only know how to curry favor with the emperor.

When they see an employee showing even a little potential, they will basically do everything they can to force that person out.

The boss is semi-retired, so the company’s growth has stagnated. He knows absolutely nothing about the music industry.

The management also almost always takes the most conservative approach to please the boss. If you come up with any new business model here,

don’t bring it up under any circumstances. You will only be labeled as someone who likes to show off or does not fit the company culture, and you will be fired within a short time (◣_◢).

During the time I was there, I witnessed an astonishingly high turnover rate (ಥ﹏ಥ).

If you love music, do not come here. It is not just that the boss does not understand music—your supervisor and others practically do not understand music either,

yet they will still dictate the direction of your song selection and composition at work. This place is truly hell~ The only things the boss really understands are matters related to environmental hygiene. You need to be mentally prepared for a military-service-style environment in this regard: whether your desk is clean, whether recycling is done properly, and so on.
