Working hours of 12 hours or more, yet they insist that people stay voluntarily to build up their skills. The employees all look quite young, so they have plenty of time to hone their abilities.

They interviewed so many people, but clearly only wanted to find Hollywood-level talent while offering only intern-level pay. With such long working hours, hasn't the Labor Department investigated? I'm quite surprised that no one is discussing this company.
