The R&D manager is a typical technically minded nerd with a dead brain and no international perspective—in simple terms, a loser who is afraid of change and unable to break free from society’s existing confines. Besides merely acting as a slave to developed or developing countries, I really don’t know what else they can do. They invited me to interview, but the entire process felt terrible. Overall, the company is just like Foxconn: a loser company that only knows how to do contract manufacturing and won’t last long. Its attitude toward employees is to treat people like disposable garbage. A company like this will shut down within ten years.
