The colleagues get along quite well.
The salary is split into minimum wage + signing bonus + overtime pay. This means the employer will steal from workers’ labor and health insurance coverage and overtime pay, while also being able to threaten to sue you for breach of contract at any time.
The working hours are extremely long, with no overtime pay. The company’s second-generation heir shows very little respect for employees, spending all day sending emails angrily berating people and things they dislike. Staff turnover is extremely high.
Rats are rampant. The first thing to do at work every day is clean up rat droppings from the desk.
