The company looks very large (you have to write something positive to submit, lol).

First of all, I went to this company for an interview at the beginning of this month.

I just want to say that the entire interview process was too strange and didn't make much sense. It felt very much like a routine, box-checking process for employees to get their work done.

According to what HR said, because the interviewing manager was not in Taiwan, the interview would first be conducted by HR. Then, after the questionnaire was completed, they would check whether the manager's schedule worked and conduct a remote interview by phone.

First, it goes without saying that HR must lack expertise in the relevant position. In addition, HR focused mainly on introducing the company and defending its reviews on GoodJob, and they did not even ask the interviewee to introduce themselves, let alone try to understand the interviewee's past experience and background.

Therefore, it felt as though the entire interview was based solely on that questionnaire. Since it was impossible to interview directly with the manager, it is easy to imagine that this company is too superficial. I believe it would also be difficult for them to find truly suitable talent.
