First, regarding the technical interview:
The manager is technically capable and quite kind.
It is a project-based company, so you can work on different projects; it is a place to hone your skills.
There is a 7-Eleven right downstairs.
Apparently, there is not much overtime.
Overtime can be claimed for overtime pay (my goodness, having this listed as a benefit now—truly, gratitude for the merit, praise the merit).
As mentioned in the first point, the manager will basically provide relevant comments and suggestions during the interview,
and will also patiently discuss related technical issues with you.
Judging solely from the interview, the interview experience here will be quite good.
There are many projects, and you need to maintain other people’s code. It sounds like quite a few people are unable to adapt and end up leaving.
The office looks a bit old, or rather, the entire building looks somewhat old.
Regarding salary, the initial offer is relatively low. Is that seemingly how project-based companies all are?
