A very strange company. They registered a construction company in name only (there are no construction workers under it), then commissioned outside construction companies under that name, intending to build a “Pin Feng Long-Term Care Center.” However, they completely ignored the recommendations given by the contractors, resulting in no one daring to take on the project. It has been going on for over a year, and there is still nothing to show for it.
The boss has a very odd temperament, and the people under them never stay long.
During the interview, the position was presented as a Japanese translator for the long-term care center, with a starting salary of NT$28,000. On the first day, they told me that because I had no experience, the salary would only be NT$22,000, and then asked me to translate the menu for the restaurant (Fengzhi Cafeteria). But let alone Japanese people, even Taiwanese people were unwilling to enter the restaurant because the boss had once come to the shop and angrily drove all the customers away.
I left after only two weeks. It is an extremely dysfunctional company.
Oh, and although it is supposedly a long-term care center and clearly operates a restaurant, it does not provide meals. No meals, no meals, no meals.
