Once you join, everything may seem normal. However, during the peak season starting in August, the sales assistant basically does the same work as the sales staff but receives no performance bonus, and must also handle clients independently. Starting around October or November, when the factory cannot keep up with shipments, the boss will transfer you to the factory to do manual work (8 hours a day) until before the Lunar New Year, while also pressuring you to leave, so they do not have to see you sitting there with nothing to do during the off-season. According to what I understand, senior employees have also said that in the past, the company would make up random reasons to lay people off during the off-season. Therefore, anyone applying for this position should be careful!
