Labor insurance salary underreporting; the year-end bonus is calculated as half a month’s pay after completing one year, and proportionally based on half a month’s salary for more than one year. I worked in sales for six years and earned less than NT$30,000 per month. The factory violates the law: employees clock in with one card for regular work and use another card for overtime.
