A new building in the prime Q7 area, with a nice high-floor view—suitable for attending an interview and enjoying the scenery, but not for actually working there. Severance pay is provided upon dismissal, but be sure to request a “certificate of involuntary resignation.”
The company’s managers are all the second-generation children of the family (it is a family business). Simply put, it is a company their fathers started for their children to practice running. The managers’ abilities can only be described as… terrible. They also have the arrogance and self-righteousness of trust-fund kids; every failure is blamed on employees. Ironically, there are more managers than employees. Once employees are no longer needed, they are laid off. Even if you are not laid off, after working there for a while you will feel that you are wasting your life and resign on your own (the turnover rate is very high). The shoes they sell often become moldy, and employees have to use alcohol to “处理” them themselves. The company’s revenue is poor, so naturally there are few benefits or prospects. There have also been cases of underreporting wages for labor insurance purposes.
