Even after changing its name, there are practically no advantages. At most, the employee trips sound appealing, but you have to pay for them yourself XD
1. There is a three-month probationary period. If you do not pass, they will ask you to leave before it ends. Not only will you receive no severance pay, but your “termination date” will be set before the middle of the month, so you will not receive a full month’s salary.
2. Most senior colleagues have already left, so after joining, you cannot receive comprehensive training and are simply thrown into the job before you are ready.
3. Because there are too few people assigned to projects, working overtime is routine.
