Pros
It’s simply the company behind San Hao Rice. The salary conditions are clearly stated, and all the benefits that should be provided are available. It’s a very stable, conventional company, and the senior management is open-minded—hard work will be noticed.
Cons
Rice is heavy, so you need to be physically fit; otherwise, moving rice frequently will be exhausting. The senior executives in the mass-market retail channel only spout bullshit and have no ability.
