Pros
Basically a very stable company
Cons
The salary is very average. To earn more, you have to rely on overtime. The chances of getting promoted or receiving a raise are very low, and even if there is an opportunity, you have to endure it for several years. By the time you finally make it, if you are dissatisfied with the compensation, you may no longer be able to leave Pacific.
