仙桃牌_仁壽製藥有限公司
Pros

1. Met many excellent colleagues.

The social circle at Xiantaopai really is no joke!!!!!!

2. If you’re considering applying to this company, you can honestly ask for a bold salary (I asked for far too little at the time).

3. In a certain sense, this company is basically a happy place as long as you don’t have meetings. But when the people upstairs stop asking you to meetings, it means your time is up and you’re about to be laid off~~

4. If there’s still a normal manager above you, usually the people below don’t need to attend meetings. As long as the manager goes upstairs to be put through the wringer, things below are still okay!!

Uh, but when you take over a project and four people before you have resigned, you really can’t help but wonder: what on earth are you supposed to take over?

5. I really, really need to sincerely apologize here to a good colleague. When the boss wanted to lay them off, I briefly hoped they would leave the following week and persuaded them to stay for one more week. I never expected how drastic the boss’s attitude would become. I hope this colleague can leave the company smoothly after the New Year and get their bright eyes back XDDDDD (I genuinely did my best to recommend jobs to this colleague.)

6. I learned here how important having plenty of working hours is. They absolutely won’t randomly deduct working hours, but unfortunately, the project management I learned before is something the boss wouldn’t even look at.

7. Getting severance pay when I left was actually the happiest thing!!!!

8. I really, really hope that the colleagues who have left can find better jobs in the future. This company is the only place I’ve worked after officially entering the workforce that was still willing to ask for information such as my Facebook and Instagram details. There’s only one common enemy, so there shouldn’t be any problems.

Cons

1. Basically, this company could be saved by replacing just one person (but that probably won’t happen).

2. The boss forgets what they said that morning by the end of the day.

Every day, you have to attend meetings until you start questioning your life, and verbal humiliation is completely normal (EQ training!?)

3. The boss has to recite meaningless quotes every day. I’m very curious whether they have actually finished reading all those books.

4. No gifts for the three major holidays and no year-end bonus. We pay a welfare fee every month. Ah, this year they did give out company products, plus a participation prize of NT$500 and a meal (but it wasn’t filling). At company dinners, you also have to drink depth charges, so if you don’t hold your liquor well, remember to refuse for sure!!!

5. Basically, newcomers have a period of power lasting anywhere from two to three weeks. During this time, please try to propose projects.

6. Also, if newcomers will have to deal with other vendors in the future, remember that accounts must be settled in full in one payment. Otherwise, the boss may not pay. During my tenure, I handled at least four cases involving unpaid final balances from the preceding period in just a month and a half—and that was for only one department.

7. I feel like this place is basically running a long-term care business, except there is only one person to look after.

8. Remember to propose many projects while the newcomer’s power is still active; otherwise, the boss shoots them all down.

9. I may personally not always get to the point when I speak, but people here don’t read emails. I used to use CC emails to protect myself or other people, but no one opens your emails = =!

10. Of all the traditional-industry bosses I’ve encountered before, none was like the boss at this company. By the later stage, I had basically come to terms with it.

11. Some managers will sell out their subordinates to preserve their own positions. I am absolutely not referring to any particular xx distribution department.

But honestly, I can understand sacrificing for one’s children. Strictly speaking, I do understand.

12. Basically, getting the boss on board solves everything—but the boss seems to have 24 split personalities, so you can never figure them out.
