Lets you know that other jobs are better
Cons
1. The interviewers are extremely arrogant and demand a lot. I can understand it as a form of training, but I can’t see any salary prospects or future here.
2. Junior colleagues, don’t come here; interns, don’t either. Seriously... this is all I can do to help.
