This orthopedic practice has six clinics, each with a different name. I worked at the Xindian branch. They claim the pay is high, but when calculated based on the actual working hours, it is only average. Also, during the interview, be sure to ask clearly about salary deductions and how long it takes before they dismiss you if you cannot get the hang of the job. Only after I started working did they say that being 1–15 minutes late would result in one hour’s pay being deducted (but they did not say how much the hourly wage was).

Although the head nurse said that if she still felt I was unsuitable the next day, she would dismiss me, she monitored my work the next day and said nothing before I left work.
