Basically, as long as you meet the work capabilities the boss requires, you’ll be hired immediately—no beating around the bush.
The boss talks a lot of nonsense—this is not a joke! He makes all kinds of empty promises, threatens employees, and constantly changes his orders.
He pretends to send everyone home at 6 p.m., but in reality, he asks senior employees to find excuses to keep employees who were told to leave on time and make them work “favors” for him.
One person is expected to do the work of at least four people. For example, someone responsible for marketing is also expected to manage the website, manage social media, come up with scripts, film and edit videos, and help with packaging and shipping. Yet the monthly salary is only 26,000, and he still claims that it is already higher than the local market rate.
No matter how late employees work overtime, he gets angry if they are late the next day.
Employees are not allowed to bring breakfast into the office to eat, but he does it himself.
Before joining this company, I had never seen one where every employee hated the boss.
The most senior employee in the entire company has been there for only one year, while someone who joined just over two months ago is fully responsible for procurement.
All these disadvantages have resulted in an abnormally high turnover rate. Just a few days after I joined, the boss drove away an employee responsible for planning the company’s overall direction (that’s right—this person did not even stay for half a year).
The above is only part of what I compiled based on my observations during my first month and complaints I heard from other colleagues. Please think carefully before joining this company.
