The boss makes many demands but pays very little. During the interview, they use all kinds of tactics to haggle down your starting salary.
The company is full of cameras; you are monitored wherever you go.
The indoor air is very stuffy. For such a large company, they can only open one small window next to the boss, and then a bunch of people are squeezed into a tiny room to work.
The company does not provide meals. You have to pay for your own boxed lunches, including boxed lunches during overtime.
The boss uses persuasive tactics to semi-coerce you into working overtime! Even if you leave an hour late, you cannot claim overtime. You will also be asked whether you have finished your work, whether you have become proficient in the technical skills, and similar questions. As a result, no one in the entire company dares to leave work on time.
You have to pay travel fuel expenses upfront for business trips. There is no subsidy for using your own car. Do not mention during the interview that you have a car.
