This was the worst interview experience I have ever had:
The interviewer was the boss, and he was extremely dismissive of applicants who did not major in the relevant field. Throughout the interview, I was constantly belittled. In reality, he simply wanted to undermine your value so he could get you to work under unreasonable conditions. The boss also said helplessly that recent new hires had left within a month or two, so he had decided that, from then on, applicants who were hired would have a three-month probation period. The important point is that it was unpaid! Unpaid! Unpaid! He was afraid that you would leave again and that he would have wasted money. Sometimes you had to come to work on holidays depending on client needs. If I remember correctly, there were only four days off per month (sorry... I interviewed there many years ago, so this part is a little hazy). At the end of the interview, he simply told me to come straight to work the following week, as if I should be grateful that he was giving me a job and an opportunity to learn.
Summary: The boss was extremely arrogant and looked down on people. The most shocking part was having to work unpaid for three months.
