Hired a personnel officer from 1111 to recruit employees. At first, they said it was a general mechanical assembly job (tightening screws all day), but after two weeks, I was told to operate a milling machine instead. What the hell.
The boss is also very proud, saying that we all comply with the Labor Standards Act. Hahaha. But when it comes to overtime, we’re often “punished,” because our employees supposedly love working overtime and do it all voluntarily. What complete bullshit. When I heard that senior employees only make NT$28,000 after five years, I thought: Why don’t you offer a higher salary? And those who don’t like working overtime may even be fired.
They say employees love working overtime. Southern Taiwan’s exploitative bosses are really beyond saving.
