Good interaction with colleagues and the team
The HR manager at headquarters is extremely strange and speaks in an aggressive, overbearing manner. Whenever asked about salary, leave, or related matters, they have their own interpretations and completely disregard the Labor Standards Act. Even regarding the “one fixed day off and one flexible rest day” policy, your company has its own calculations, which are entirely unreasonable. In addition, management policies change constantly, and employees can only bury their heads in their work under a responsibility-based system. The problems are simply endless!
