If you don’t mind doing charitable work, this place may be worth considering!
A supervisor once took an employee’s phone out of their bag and answered it without permission (the employee was on a call at the time). The employee was given a hard time when requesting leave to deal with an urgent family matter.
This place claims to be a Christian organization, but it doesn’t feel like one at all. The pay is not good, and the benefits are quite poor.
There is no overtime pay, and requesting leave will be met with difficulties, while supervisors themselves can take long vacations to travel abroad. If you have idealized expectations of a Christian organization, think twice.
