The interview was arranged by the department I applied to, with two interviewers from the department and a Human Resources representative conducting the interview together. All three interviewers were quite friendly and continually encouraged me to ask questions. They explained the company benefits at the beginning, then gave me time to think and confirm whether I had any other questions, without creating unnecessary pressure.
The HR representative had also read my autobiography very thoroughly and suddenly asked about my interests in university, which left quite a deep impression on me. The entire interview lasted approximately 30–40 minutes, and the atmosphere between departments at the company also seemed quite good.
This is probably something that can only be understood after actually being hired and starting work.
