1. Searching the Ministry of Labor’s system for businesses (employers) that have violated labor laws and regulations, companies related to Aiken appear on the list year after year.

2. Aiken International Development, Aiken Management Consulting, Aiken Optoelectronics, Dingji Enterprise, and Wending Industrial, among others, all belong to the Aiken Human Resources Agency Group.

3. The labor and personal data protection provisions in the contracts violate legal requirements. For example: arriving one minute late results in 30 minutes’ worth of pay being withheld; pay is deducted if you work fewer than three days; labor insurance is enrolled at the lowest salary bracket (11,000); and personal data authorization requires perpetual cooperation and allows the data to be provided to partner vendors.

4. They exploit information asymmetry to indirectly extract agency fees. For example: the client company offers an hourly wage of 155–165, but the employment contract states an hourly wage of only 152.
