The company environment and atmosphere among colleagues are quite good.
They don’t randomly inflate prices when quoting customers (this is a serious issue in the repair industry).
The company has no technical expertise. Difficult repairs are outsourced to engineers in mainland China. They send the items across the strait for repairs but falsely tell customers that they are sent to a workshop in Taichung.
Ten hours a day, with no clearly defined break time in between (eat when there’s time; once you’re done eating, get back to work).
Six days off per month. No labor pension contributions, no compensatory leave or double pay for national holidays, and no annual leave.
Even with repair experience, the salary is still low.
