A good place to build physical strength
You absolutely must not offend anyone in the company's R&D department. Otherwise, it will be like offending a powerful authority—you will suffer endlessly. They will keep picking on you and blow every issue out of proportion. The pay is for 8 hours of work per day plus 2 hours of overtime, and taking leave is not allowed. You can earn at most around NT$30,000 per month. Even for the night shift, after adding overtime pay, shift allowances, and other miscellaneous payments, the total is only around NT$35,000 per month at most. It is truly a physically demanding and thankless job. Besides having to expend a great deal of physical energy pushing barrels weighing several hundred kilograms, you also have to endure pungent odors and cannot get into conflicts with the women in the R&D department. The company's pay practices are all skirting the edge of legality. I strongly advise everyone considering interviewing here to think carefully before proceeding!!!
