A total of two interviews are required to be hired (held over two days).
First round: An interview with the Taiwan manager. Relevant work experience is important, and English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is also very important. The interview mainly consists of casually discussing your past work experience, but it will not be conducted entirely in English. However, your self-introduction must be given in English.
Second round: An interview with the Hong Kong manager. The Hong Kong manager has the final say on whether to hire you, but you must first receive the Taiwan manager’s approval after the first round before proceeding to the second interview. You will need to use English with the Hong Kong manager.
Personal impressions and having a good relationship are very important.
