Very little overtime; you can almost always leave work on time.
For holidays, the company almost always gives cash or gift vouchers directly.
Low turnover, with many veteran employees who have been here for over a decade.
The company has an on-site massage service for the visually impaired. It’s free for employees celebrating their birthdays, while everyone else has to compete for a time slot (it seems to cost 50 per session?).
There are quite a lot of older employees and relatively few young people.
It’s a pretty comfortable, low-pressure company.
No lunch is provided, so you have to go out and buy your own (it used to be provided, but not anymore).
