Pros

1. The salary is as advertised on the job site and reaches that amount after including overtime pay; in other words, overtime pay is provided and not withheld.

2. The boss sometimes suddenly invites everyone to eat and treats them.

3. The company fully subsidizes fuel costs for business scooters.

4. The boss is highly skilled at business sales, and the boss’s wife is highly skilled at storefront sales. There is a lot to learn from them.

5. The boss is good at business, so he needs to be informed about every case. If there is a problem you cannot solve yourself, you can ask him for advice. He will teach you, give you his judgment and approach, and ask you to carry it out.

6. The storefront is attractive.

Cons

1. Working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once or twice a week, you are required to work until 7:00 p.m. If you are not scheduled for duty that day, it is still easy to work past 6:00 p.m. If you are scheduled for duty that day, overtime pay is calculated. About twice a month, you are required to work a Saturday shift from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. The lunch-break system is not transparent. Officially, lunch and rest are from 12:00 to 1:00, and two people are scheduled to take a break and sleep (everyone else must remain at their positions and may not put their heads on the desk). However, because the company usually orders meals for everyone and sends someone to pick them up, and often does not order or collect the meals until after 12:00, you cannot take a break if there happens to be a customer, and there is no compensatory time off. On Saturdays, only two people are on duty, so there is almost no lunch break.

3. From time to time, there are company activities on holidays that require attendance. They may be a building-materials exhibition, a one-day company trip, or a company dinner. Some people consider this a benefit, while others consider it a drawback; I consider it a drawback! It takes up a lot of personal time.

4. The boss is good at business, so he needs to be informed about every case. If there is a problem you cannot solve yourself, you can ask him for advice. He will teach you, give you his judgment and approach, and ask you to carry it out. If you do not follow his approach, he will express considerable dissatisfaction with you and bring it up in meetings for everyone to review.

5. The company places very, very strong emphasis on separating the issue from the person, but you will find that the person is actually a significant influencing factor.

6. You need to be very good at obeying.
