Pros
The salary won't be only 22k.
You won't have only four days off a month.
Cons
They keep very close track of lateness, but if they ask you to arrive early at the company to do work-related tasks, they don't pay you for it.
You still have to open the store and do business during a severe typhoon. That's crazy.
