There are essentially none.
The boss and their children treat employees like garbage, berating them and deliberately making trouble for them. This is especially true of the HR position, which is essentially a job created specifically for finding fault. An innumerable number of people have cycled through the role within two years. As for the salary, it is far below the minimum required by the Labor Standards Act, and they are extremely petty about money. Even if you are summoned to be scolded, they still count the time and deduct it from your pay. They will deduct pay for every trivial thing!
