永漢允有限公司
Pros

The boss is very talkative. There are occasional snacks to eat, and sometimes household appliances are given to employees as gifts. There is a performance bonus (5% of profits), and you can learn how to become an all-around employee.

Cons

There is no clock-in or clock-out system; working hours are only checked by looking at the clock. Although it is described as flexible working hours, in practice there are simply no attendance records. When you want to resign, the employer settles accounts with you afterward, even though there are actually no records at all.

Overtime pay, of course, also depends on the boss’s mood—and on whether the boss considers you to be working overtime.

The only holidays are New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, and the Mid-Autumn Festival. Other national holidays on which employees are required to work are not compensated with overtime pay as required by the Labor Standards Act.

Work follows an every-other-week two-day-off schedule⋯

All I can say is: think twice before joining this company.
