The environment is very good, and the atmosphere is also nice.
HR clearly explained the salary structure, job responsibilities, and benefits package.
There are quite a few aspects that do not comply with the Labor Standards Act. The base salary for an international trade assistant is only NT$21,000, plus a NT$6,650 allowance, making NT$27,650. There are only two days off per week, and work is required on national holidays. However, the pay for working on those days is not doubled; instead, it is included in the daily overtime pay and the special attendance allowance for working on national holidays that month (this allowance is only NT$3,150). In addition to the NT$27,650, there is also a monthly bonus commission, but it feels somewhat like a bonus that looks attainable but is actually out of reach.
