The interview was very quick and glossed over important details.
Environmental Protection Bureau-commissioned (project) plans; the salary is lower than the industry average. There are many job requirements that are not even part of the assigned project. The pay is around 25K or 26K, consisting of a base salary plus bonuses, so the salary reported for labor and health insurance is understated.
Some colleagues are not environmental engineering majors, which makes getting things done very exhausting. They are graduates of various other fields and fundamentally do not understand the work, so it is unclear why they were hired. There is serious infighting among colleagues, and people they dislike are pressured to leave.
The company will simply tell you to leave, saying it has no money.
