The supervisor is fairly friendly toward employees and does not strictly enforce working hours. Overtime hours can be recorded independently and submitted in an application for compensatory leave.
1. There is no clock-in or clock-out system, so if you want to request compensatory leave, it is best to keep track of your own hours.
2. It is normal for the supervisor to work until 9 p.m., and some employees also regularly work overtime together with the supervisor. People who want to leave work on time (while the sun is still out) may not be suited to this company.
3. The boss tells you to go east, while the supervisor tells you to go west.
4. The boss later changes decisions about matters agreed upon with employees and directions decided in meetings.
