Leaving work on time (the only pro). If you work overtime because of company business, you may not necessarily be paid overtime.

Seriously, be careful.

This company first recruits employees by telling them there is a probationary period.

They initially cut the salary the employee expected.

Their explanation is that the probationary period has a different salary.

They say that after three months, your salary will be increased based on your performance.

But once the three months are over,

even if the employee’s performance (sales results) reaches the target,

they still will not increase the salary.

They also will not restore the salary you originally expected.

Then they claim that there is no such thing as a probationary period.

They look for every possible fault in you.

The purpose is to make you continue working indefinitely for the low probationary salary,

or to find a way to make you resign voluntarily,

and then recruit another employee.

This is because the company is counting on new employees being highly motivated during their first three months,

so they are not afraid of having no applicants.

If you are thinking of joining with the intention of learning something,

I have to tell you, rather cruelly,

that you really will not learn much.
