Pros
The atmosphere among colleagues in the office is pretty good.
The senior colleagues have a solid technical foundation, so there is quite a lot to learn from them.
Cons
The boss interferes too much, and the managers have no real authority,
treating the product development process as a joke.
There is no such thing as management at this company.
They like to hire fresh graduates, and the salaries are not high.
It is simply the boss’s toy.
