You can sweat a lot and lose weight at work
If you are an older person, you can choose which area you want to help in yourself.
There are mainly three departments:
1. Paper production (operating very large machines): one person watches the products at the back, and another puts paper in at the front.
It is very demanding. The cardboard sheets you have to lift onto the machine weigh about 30–40 kilograms, and the machine cannot be stopped for more than about 10 minutes at a time.
2. Cutting cardboard boxes: You have to cut the cardboard sheets to size. It is very demanding; by the end of the day, your hands feel like they are about to fall off, and you must not make mistakes.
3. There is a small water cart at the back. It is a small single-axis roller printing machine, though the roller is still very large. That area is handled by experienced workers who do the printing.
The pay is extremely low—around 25,000—and even that amount is made up of various additions. You only receive certain amounts if you have perfect attendance.
The meal allowance is only 60. The factory manager helps the company deceive newcomers by telling them that they have opportunities for advancement.
The long-time employees are extremely obnoxious. If you like being treated like garbage, you can stay at this factory; you can even live at the factory.
The owner strongly believes in deities. A few years ago, he invested in mainland China, so the person in charge here is now his daughter.
His daughter does not come here either. To them, the only important thing about this factory is the altar.
Other than that, everything is fairly ordinary. If your academic background is poor and you want to learn printing, come learn here.
Otherwise, it would be more practical not to waste your time at this company.
